RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice within 14 days from the receipt of the goods to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the withdrawal notice is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

After sending the withdrawal notice, the goods must be delivered or sent back to:

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

3. Conditions for Returning Goods

  • The goods must be unused and undamaged
  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable)
  • The appearance and complete set of the goods must be preserved

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Refund

A refund shall be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or receipt of proof that the goods have been sent back.

The refund shall be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the goods are defective or do not correspond to the order.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including:

  • Goods made to the customer’s individual specifications
  • Goods which, after delivery, have been irreversibly mixed with other items
  • Other exceptions provided by law
