RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for physical goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice within 14 days from the receipt of the goods to: [email protected]

The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if the notice is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

After submitting the withdrawal notice, the goods must be returned to:

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

3. Conditions for Returning Goods

• The goods must be unused and undamaged.
• The goods must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
• The appearance and complete contents of the goods must be preserved.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received, or after proof of return shipment has been provided.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

5. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except where the goods are defective or do not correspond to the order.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including:

• Goods manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications.
• Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
• Other exceptions provided by applicable law.

7. Digital Products

This Return Policy applies to physical goods. Digital products (including dashboard layouts, templates, software files, icons and other downloadable content) are subject to different conditions.

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital content, digital products cannot be returned and refunds cannot be provided once access to or download of the purchased files has been made available.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once access to or download of the digital content has been provided.

If a downloaded file is defective, incomplete or cannot be downloaded, KK-WIRING will provide a replacement file or technical support. Please contact us at [email protected].

8. Standard Withdrawal Form

Consumers may use the standard withdrawal form available below; however, its use is not mandatory.
