TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and digital products through the online store operated by KK-WIRING SIA, registration No. 40203496166, registered office: Austrumu iela 10, Ogre, Ogres Municipality, LV-5001, Latvia.

By placing an order in the online store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Distance Contract

Placing an order in the online store constitutes the conclusion of a distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Prior to placing an order, the customer is provided with information regarding the product or digital product, its price, delivery costs (if applicable), payment procedure and the right of withdrawal.

The contract enters into force when the customer has successfully placed an order and received an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address.

3. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed by any adult natural person or legal entity.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the ordering process.

After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered in the online store.

Orders are processed after successful receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

Physical goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

KK-WIRING SIA shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

6. Digital Products

Digital products (including, but not limited to, dashboard layouts, templates, software files, icons and other downloadable content) are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.

Digital products are made available either through the online store download system and/or by providing download information to the customer's registered e-mail address.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment.

Digital products are subject to the conditions specified in the Return Policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for physical goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

The right of withdrawal for digital products is governed by the online store's Return Policy.

8. Liability

KK-WIRING SIA shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of purchased goods or digital products, including incorrect installation, configuration, ECU setup or CAN communication settings.

Product descriptions, images and preview pictures are provided for informational purposes only. Minor visual differences shall not be considered a defect or non-conformity.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the customer and the seller shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations.

If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

11. Final Provisions

KK-WIRING SIA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published in the online store.
