TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods in the online store operated by KK-WIRING SIA, registration No. 40203496166, registered office: Austrumu iela 10, Ogres novads, Ogre, LV-5001, Latvia.

By placing an order in the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Distance Contract

Placing an order in the online store shall be considered the conclusion of a distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Prior to placing an order, the customer is provided with information about the product, its price, delivery costs, payment procedure and the right of withdrawal.

The contract enters into force at the moment when the customer has placed the order and received an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address.

3. Placing an Order

An order may be placed by any adult natural person or legal entity.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation to the specified e-mail address.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicated in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered in the online store.

The order is processed after receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery time and costs are indicated during the order placement process.

KK-WIRING SIA shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

7. Liability

KK-WIRING SIA shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased goods.

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. Minor visual differences shall not be considered non-conformity.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the customer and the seller shall be resolved through mutual negotiations.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

10. Final Provisions

KK-WIRING SIA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version shall be published in the online store.
